DiRT3 review

Good news, i finally got my Paypal to work so i figured i would buy the game i was anticipated to play! DiRT3.

My review is going to be comparing DiRT2 to 3.

Graphics: compared to DiRT2 you cannot see major difference in the cars, however the enviroment looks very real, so do the vehicles and how they appear under different weather and enviroments, maxed out. on my PC i get roughly 50fps which is playable and looks awesome but is not needed to enjoy this game.

Driving: Again, comparing DiRT2 you cant notice a major difference on the tarmac or gravel/dirt. however on Snow or rainy conditions there is a noticable change in the physics and overall driving experience which makes for a very fun rally.

Cars: Without a doubt, DiRT3 has done a great job of bringing back a big era of vehicles all the way from the 60's,70's,80's, Group B even! this is what i hoped to see in DiRT2 but instead it was just a small sum of 90's and new age rally cars with low power.

Tracks/Courses: The Tracks and Gymkhana type stuff is something i wasnt really instrested in on DiRT2, same goes for DiRT3, i just wish the "Trailblazer" Courses were x5 as long.

There is some small bugs with the game but nothing serious, i highly recommend anyone who really likes rally and flying off cliffs(^^) to buy a copy of the game on Steam or if you can in a store. (Don't quote me on the store part, i looked myself and never found even one copy!)

Here is a video of me ripping shit up on a Trailblazer race in snowy conditions
you can tell i was really pushing that cars limits because i was hydroplaning all over the place :D
